Learn Spanish
Learn Spanish Now
The most important foreign language you can learn if you live in the USA is definitely Spanish. Ok so I suppose learning Spanish being the most prevalent foreign language in the US is not exactly a shock but it is becoming more and more important as every year goes by. But are you actually aware of the reason why? Again it is not rocket science, its due to the influx of Spanish speaking individuals. This influx is increasing every year and I?m not just talking about illegal aliens, the terrestrial kind that is.
So it just makes sense right that if you are going to learn a new language then you should actually choose one that you might get to use, that is without leaving the country. So that said are you ready to take the plunge and add a new string to your bow by learning a new language? Whether you are looking to learn a foreign language for business reasons or purely for self improvement reasons then you should look to learn Spanish.
Public schools have already jumped on the bandwagon and learning a new language has become much easier now then when I went to school. In particular they are encouraging students to learn Spanish in a big way and this largely due to the fact that Spanish is fast becoming the second language spoken in the USA. But it is not everyones cup of tea (or coffee) to learn a new language but if you have the slightest interest then I would definitely encourage you to learn Spanish now.
The ironic thing with this newly found enthusiasm is that many other nationalities who have emigrated to the States are asking why they should learn Spanish when they are already trying to learn the hardest language on the planet to master?. English. Some are totally against it and want to know why Spanish speaking immigrants do not just learn English like they did. After all English is the language of the United States. I guess I can understand this as if I moved to Spain I would not expect all Spanish people to learn English just to make my life easier. So you can see why the Spanish language issue is debatable.
For me it is purely a business reason. I learnt Spanish to increase my customer base and in the United States that is a big increase! Being able to write for websites in 2 different languages is also a huge advantage. Basically it is two for the price of one. Ok so there software out there that can do this for you but as any bi-lingual person will tell you the articles churned out by software can actually come out as complete nonsense as software is basically computer driven and will translate everything literally.
So come on get off your butt and do something about it. There are so many ways to learn Spanish these days, you can go to night class, enroll in your nearest college, get a private tutuor or do what I did and buy the Rosette Stone software package which makes learning Spanish or any other language for that matter an absolute breeze.
